this is pretty much the worst thing i have ever seen

1. it's dota, if you like dota you probably have no exposure or taste to music since basshunter is terrible unoriginal pop trance and only really awkward and unrefined asbergers ridden teenagers find it good
2. it's a bad trace of the carameldansen flash, which is a twofer- it's a shitty 4chan meme that's unoriginal, uncool, and unfunny (see the last part of number 1)
3. and it's also an edit to be furry for the sake of furry which is stupid (again see number 1)
4. the loop doesn't even match the beat of the music nice job there

Yes lyrics do have to make sense, the entire point of having lyrics is to communicate some idea, emotion, story, etc. If the lyrics are completely incomprehensible, either because they're poorly written or the singer can't enunciate properly, then you might as well remove the lyrics and replace it with la la la, because it's going to have the same effect.

Also, no one has said that lyrics need to make sense for something to be called music. Technically speaking, music does not actually require any from of lyrics, that make sense or otherwise. The only thing that has been said is that lyrics should at least have a musical or visual accompaniment that has at least some relevance to the lyrics themselves.
