Pansexuality is where someone has no specific sexual preference based on gender, but rather on specific people they feel they have a connection to. Or something.

Bisexuals: attraction to men and women.
Pansexuals: attraction to men, women, transgendered and all those in between or not in the gender spectrum.

Bisexuals are perfectly capable of rejecting transgenders whereas pansexuals are capable of finding them attractive, there's the difference, if you're attracted to PEOPLE [same, opposite and trangenders or non-genders], you're more likely a pansexual.
